What data we collect

When you take an assessment on this platform, we collect the following information:

• Your email address (provided by you at the start)
• Your responses to the assessment questions
• Your assessment score and results (if you complete the extended section)
• Timestamps of when you started and completed the assessment

Why we collect it

• To deliver your personalised assessment results to your email
• To aggregate anonymised data for research on AI adoption in product management
• To enter you into the Leaders Circle ticket raffle (if you complete Part 1)
• To save your progress so you can resume if interrupted

How we store and protect it

Your data is stored securely in our database hosted on Supabase (PostgreSQL) with encryption at rest and in transit. Access is restricted to authorised Product Circle team members only.

How long we keep it

Assessment data is retained for as long as the research is active or until you request deletion. Aggregated, anonymised data may be retained indefinitely for research purposes.

Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw your consent at any time

Third parties

We do not sell your data. Your email and assessment results may be processed by the following services:

• Supabase — database hosting (EU region)
• Resend — email delivery for assessment results
• Vercel — application hosting
